Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship our products throughout India and also offer international shipping to many countries. No matter where you are, you can enjoy Ayulyaa’s premium spices and oils. (Please note that international orders may take longer to deliver and could incur customs fees in your country.)

How long does delivery take?

For orders within India, delivery usually takes about 4–5 business days once dispatched. International delivery times vary depending on the destination – typically around 10–15 business days, but please allow up to 2–3 weeks for remote locations or due to customs processing . We strive to process and ship orders quickly, so you get your items as soon as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges depend on your order total, weight, and delivery location. Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order . We sometimes run promotions for free shipping (for example, on orders above a certain amount or during special sales). Keep an eye on our website banners or subscribe to our newsletter for updates on shipping offers. International shipping fees are calculated based on real-time courier rates and will also be shown at checkout. There are no hidden shipping costs – what you see at checkout is what you pay.

How long will it take to get my package?

Possibly. If you are ordering from outside India, your shipment might be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country’s customs agency. These charges (if applicable) are not included in our product or shipping prices. Customs policies vary widely for each country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees . Any such charges would be paid by the recipient (customer). The courier will usually inform you if any payment is due when the product arrives in your country. Ayulyaa has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We only charge the shipping fee that you see at checkout; any additional import fees are levied by your government. If you need help or documentation to clear a package through customs, you can contact us and we’ll assist as much as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment methods for your convenience. Through our payment gateway Razorpay, you can pay using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, popular digital wallets, and other available options. Razorpay is a trusted payment provider in India that ensures your transaction is encrypted and secure. At checkout, simply choose your preferred payment option and follow the instructions. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) (see the next question for more info). All online payments are processed securely, and we do not store your card details on our servers.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

At this time, we do not provide a Cash on Delivery option. All orders must be prepaid through the available online payment methods. We understand COD can be convenient for some customers, but as a growing business focusing on premium quality products, we currently require prepayment to streamline the order process. We appreciate your understanding. The good news is that our online payment process via Razorpay is quick and secure, and it allows you to use a range of payment modes as mentioned above. Order Returns / Usage
What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a no-return, no-refund policy. Instead, we offer exchanges if there is an issue with your order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the product with a new one (or an equivalent item) once you send the original back to us. Please note that the item must be unused and in its original packaging for an exchange to be processed. Also, the return shipping cost in such cases would be borne by the customer (we cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you). We take pride in offering premium quality Indian spices, cold-pressed oils, and pure desi ghee that contain no artificial additives Our products are crafted for authentic taste and healthy living, staying true to traditional methods. For example, our spices are sourced from natural farms and are free from synthetic colors or preservatives, our cold-pressed oils are extracted without chemicals or high heat to retain nutrients, and our ghee is made using traditional bilona methods from pure butter. How should I store the spices and oils?

To maintain freshness and maximize shelf life, we recommend the following storage tips for our products:

– Spices and Powders: Keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always use a dry spoon to take out spices – moisture is their enemy.

Properly stored spices can retain their potency for many months, but they are best used within 6–12 months for optimal flavor.

– Cold-Pressed Oils: Store oils in a cool, dark place away from sunlight and heat (a cupboard or pantry is ideal). Make sure the cap is tightly closed after each use. You may also refrigerate certain oils (like flaxseed oil) if recommended on the label, but many oils will stay liquid and fine at room temperature. If an oil is kept in the fridge and solidifies, just allow it to come to room temperature before use.

– Desi Ghee: Ghee is shelf-stable at room temperature. Keep it in a dry place away from direct light. Always use a clean, dry utensil to scoop ghee to avoid introducing moisture or contaminants. Ghee can last for several months at room temp; for longer storage, you can refrigerate it (it will turn solid, but that’s normal, and it will soften again at room temperature).

Do you use my personal information for marketing purposes? Will I get a lot of emails?

We respect your privacy. No, we do not collect your personal information for marketing without your consent. The information we gather from you (such as email, phone number, address) is primarily used to process your orders and improve your experience. We do not sell or rent your data to third-party marketers . By default, we will only send you emails related to your orders – for example, order confirmations, shipping updates, or if we need to communicate about an issue with your order. We might occasionally send you updates about new products or offers only if you have opted in to our newsletter or promotional communications.
