1. Return Eligibility

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of product delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email along with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

After verification, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, as applicable.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Return shipping charges will be borne by Perfect Ayulyaa only if the return is due to our error.
